The 14-day no-card Trial is separate from the paid-purchase refund window. The Trial does not automatically charge when it ends; the Account continues on MacTain Free with reduced functionality unless another entitlement applies.
You may submit refund requests through the Merchant of Record within 14 days of purchase, subject to applicable law and the purchase terms presented at checkout.
An ordinary scheduled cancellation prevents the next annual charge while paid Plus access continues until the paid term actually ends. If the cancellation is reversed before actual end, the same uninterrupted subscription and any founder status continue.
An approved full refund or terminal payment reversal ends paid Plus access and founder status. The Account then continues on Free under the applicable downgrade rules.
Downgrade does not stop running containers or delete definitions, images, volumes, credentials, Blueprints, or other local data; Free limits and locked Plus capabilities govern later actions.
